Dad's eg sedan heater blower stopped working (faintly works at highway speeds). Is this typically a ac/heater blower motor problem or what?

Figured it out. Thanks for all the help.... Jeez this forum used to be cool, now it just plain doesn't work.... unless of course your trying to buy sh**
