I got a dry kit today for my h22.....im only running a 55 shot right now but i plan to make it run a 75 shot safely......I plan on getting colder plugs a vafc and a fuel pump.......

from eveyrones experiences would it be overkill to get larger injectors, bigger fuel rail and fpr? or would it be a smart upgrade

youre getting to your limit on stock rods etc. I wouldnt go any higher then the 75 with all of the upgrades you plan on doing...but thats just me. A slightly slower motor is better then a non running 'fast' one.

yea 75 is about the most my motor can take unless i did direct port...

I have put nitrous on just about everything from my exp...Colder plugs and a timing light is your best friend....NO NO NO NO to v-afc or injectors....Fpr would help some done right....PM if you have more ? GOOD gas is a plus ...

first of all i would change to a wet kit, they are safer and more reliable!

dry kits are for poor high school kids who don't care about their engines.

but staying on topic - the more fuel you put in your engine, the less chance of the nitrous blowing your head through your hood.

yeah you should definitely have gotten a wet kit. I like NX, but its really personal preference.

bigger injectors, vafc, etc = overkill

colder plugs = smart

NX makes an fpr safety switch, its for people who want to be extra safe but whether or not you should bother with it is really up to you. I think its unnecessary, but its still a good investment. basically if your fuel pressure drops below I think (?) 44-46 psi then the fpr safety switch will disarm your nitrous to keep you from running lean & detonating.

and if you run a wet kit, then a 75 shot will be fine. that's what I've been using on my 4 banger for almost a year now

I don't know how Honda engines work, but to the rest of the automotive world, adding fuel to a dry-kitted engine is never a bad thing.

a fuel pump would be a wise choice. slightly larger injectors arent bad either. a vafc would be fine as well. i hope you have a better than stock clutch as well or all of this will do no good! i was running a 75 shot on my civic for a long time! what kit/system do you have?
