New Eagle rods

okay i just got new egale rods and they came with arp bolts already torqed down any help gettin these off??

And if they are already torqued down, put them in a rod vice or take them to a machine shop like the head shop. did you buy them used?

and they were already TORQUED down? or were they just a little tight? What company did you buy them from?
