need new axle, but need help with the year

Default need new axle, but need help with the year

just got a teggy with the jdm h22. everything is pretty much stock, including tranny....i broke an inner boot on the axle and im trying to figure out which year to get the axle for? the block says 'h22a'. . . . is there a number i can have honda run for a jdm block? please help

look at the top of the head just under the valve cover....you should see the numbers representing what year the motor is as in 95,96,97,so on and so on....hope that helps

only problem is that no axle you buy for that swap from advance or honda will fit that car.

You have an h22 in an integra chassis. There were two options for the original installer for this swap.

A) 90+ Accord halfshat, and 90-93 integra axles.

B) Custom axles (IE, DriveShaftShop, Gator, Raxles, etc...)

You need to look and figure out what you have..before you can go about getting the right parts.

Take the axles. Go to advance/pep boys etc, and see if they have them in stock. See what size the other ones and compare..

Also, if they are aftermarket, they should say it. My DriveShaftShops said DSS on them.
