I'm going to take an educated guess that the wires are:
I don't know which color is which. But yes, you should be able to tap off of your radio wiring if you need.
I'm not really a Civic interior mod expert, what is usually there instead of the clock?
EDIT: I just found via Google that the wiring should already be there for both the USDM and JDM clock, so you probably just have to find where the connector is tucked behind the dash.
- Ignition switched power
- Constant power
- Ground
- Illumination/dimmer

No problem, glad to help. So just for closure, what did you end up needing to do? Did you have to wire it up or was there a plug already there behind the dash?

i didnt see a plug although i was only looking like behind the climate control. if there is a plug then it could be located under the steering wheel or something. i took off the bezel and since i didnt see one i just spliced the radio wires. took about 20 minutes.
