Default Need help W/ 99' Accord

Being a DSM guy i'm not really sure what engine is in it, but my aunt is down for the weekend and wants to get her state inspection done, just changed the oil..... etc. Need to know where you check transmission fluid at. The car is a 5 spd. Is there a sight glass or... what? I see no dipstick or anything. I saw some numbers on the timing belt cover saw f23, was guessing that might be it. Will post pictures in a few.

Passenger side, just about level with the axle there is a 17 mm nut. Remove and fill til fluid JUST starts to run back out. 10w 30 motor oil is what you want to put in the trans belive it or not.

there are two drain plugs on the side of of the casing of the trans. I've always just pulled the top plug and used a finger to feel for fluid level. If its at the right level you should feel some fluid.
