Default need help with 91 towncar

So the power steering on it was screwing up , checked the fluid it was bone dry , we put some in it and drove it around the parking lot 5 minutes later it was bone dry again. So we know theres a leak but now the wheel won't turn for shit so we can't get it to a shop. Hell theres no oil in it either so i don't want to drive it to a shop anyways. It's my moms car and she don't take care of it worth a shit, can anybody recommend someone that can come look at it and perhaps fix it? Im gonna try to make time to change the oil but i don't have time to figure out where the power steering leak is and don't have time to fix it.

Thanks in advance and sorry if this is in the wrong section

i think you need to find time to work on it. I think fords is the only one that if you run out of power steering fluid, the pumps go bad. you should only have 2 lines.
