I just picked up this coupe that has a jdm d15b. The car starts and runs fine and idles good. I can rev with no issues soon as I take off it sputters and pops. Timing is good wires and plugs are to. Once I'm going down the road it runs fine just does it under acceleration in low rpm. As I get up in rpm it clears up

I'd be seriously impressed if you can find the MAF on a D-series Honda.

It will be a MAP sensor. It's also possible the throttle position sensor has failed at the bottom end of its range, which is a common problem because that's where it spends most of its time.

Fuel pump could be going out or there is fluid disrupting the connection between the spark plug wires and the plug.

Pull the spark plugs and take a look at them, then post what color the plugs are at the tip.

TPS and MAP may be switched.

That would cause the idle to be off IIRC, this seem to only be when the car in moving.

My Idel was Perfect when mine was backwards. Just wounld not rev accelerate past 300 and itwould spit and sputter

Could it be fuel pump when it comes on its starts high the. Drops down like HMMMMMhmmmm its not constant like when it first primes

The sound will change because the pump is under load once the fuel system is up to pressure.
