Hi please I need help I have 1997 hatch with 2000 si engine I try to pass emission won't pass when they try to do it say link error try again car it's running with p28 with chip some say the I have to get ecu from 2000 Si or get p72 I have the wire harnes obd2 to obd1 any help please

So you have an OBD2 car, and when they try to connect an OBD2 scanner it doesn't work because it's trying to communicate with an OBD1 ECU. No mystery there.

A P72 won't work. It will throw codes because the secondary butterflies (from the GSR dual-runner intake manifold) don't exist on your engine.

The ECU from the 2000Si is the best bet, and you'd just need the ECU and an OBD2a to OBD2b adapter harness. You might have to add a few wires for the crank fluctuation sensor, but I can't remember if that engine has that sensor or if your car already has those wires in the harness. I don't remember what year the USDM cars started using a crank fluctuation sensor.

Need help again please I just plug the ecu p2t now I have this code p1337 pulley fluctuation sensor when the swap was done never run the wire any one knows how to do the jump some one say have to be jump from the sensor to the distributor any ideas? ThankS

P1106 is a barometric pressure sensor fault. The baro sensor is usually compared to the MAP sensor, so a baro fault can sometimes be a problem with the baro sensor, or it could be a problem with the MAP sensor.

Hi guys I'm back again with the same problem p1106 I replace the map sensor reset the code and comes back. I have after market cold air intake and racing header I was wondering if the cold air intake it's the problem or if I can buy after market map sensor the can handle more air please help thanks for all you help guys

Try a different ECU. Like I said above, that code isn't for the MAP sensor, it's for the barometric pressure sensor (which Honda usually puts inside the ECU. So if you're replaced the MAP sensor, I'd assume it isn't a MAP sensor problem (unless it's a wiring problem) and that it's actually a barometric pressure sensor problem.
