Default N00b Question about Axles

Ight, I think I have a broken CV Joint in my drive axle on my JDM B16A Swapped 00 Civic Coupe. It makes a nasty clicking noise when turning left and sometimes going straight..

Here is my dillema: I went to pep boys and bought a axle for a 99-00 Civic SI thinking it would fit, slapped it in there and nothing. Now do i need a axle from a Del Sol or will Si axles work? Someone please help me

you would want the SI axles...just make sure to get the axles made for ABS if you have it, or for no abs if you dont....

Im using a GSR Tranny, but when my B16 tranny died, i reused my b16 axles, and no the SI axles do not fit, the diameter of the axle spline is either smaller or larger....I just need to know what kinda axles to use so i can replace it

EDIT: And I have no ABS

I know that but do i need an axle from a DOHC Del Sol or a 99-00 SI? One has a different diameter on the axle spline

wtf? are you talking about which halfshaft to use? you need to use the gsr axles because they are the only axles that will fit the spline pattern in the tranny....
