motor swap in crx tranny/ingition question
ok this is the deal- we did a motor swap in a crx. it was an automatic but we switched it over to manual. the car drives awesome! the only annoying thing is THE CAR STILL THINKS ITS IN EITHER DRIVE OR NEUTRAL!!! I CAN TAKE THE KEY OUT WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY. I know this can be fixed but i dont want to mess with it- if someone wants to make some extra cash let me know cause i am tired of resetting my radio. give me a call at 5892298 or pm me. thanks

Did you change the ecu?? Thats the only thing that thinks... Ecu is either one for a automatic or manual transmission. From what you wrote i dont really understand whats happening.. What do you mean the car still thinks its in drive or neutral???
