Default milkshake on valve cap

ok im getting milshake on top of my valve cover cap but not on the oil pan... I did a compression test and i have 210 compression on all 4 cylinder......i asked a mechanic what it could be he said could be a crack on the head or water port on the head....but before doing the ls vtec swap the head was checked for crack and all the other stuff and the compression seems perfect....so i thin that rules out head....could it be the headgasket...and i have a B18B block but i dont have a breather chamber in the back could that be it cause there in no way to seperate the vapor from the block....

Should be a black breather box sitting in the lower location. Top hose actually goes into breather box, then another hose with a pcv valve runs to the intake manifold. Is all the oil milky or just on the oil fill cap?

its because 94+ b18's dont have a stock breather box. Theres not suppose to be one there. Your good its going to be something else.

Was the surface decked? Its got to be oil/coolant mixing.

Do you have extremely bad blow by coming from the valve cover breather port?

Get a picture of it.

It's pretty common for me to take a oil cap off of new cars and see a milky looking residue on the cap. It's normal for those cars.

Lets see if it's the same for you.

hmm well i went home to start up my car yesterday and i let it run for abut 10 min then turned it offf then i saw white stuff on the oil cap but now its only like a small piece.... like a dime size in the middle and this time it was very gooooey...it looked like a girls cum...lol i know bad comparison but thats what i looked like...after that i turned the car back on agian after i wiped the thing off...then i let it run again for atleast a good 10 min and the stufff never came back there was just oil on the oil cap....i got a third opinion from the machinist that built my motor and he said that it could be cause of im proper ventilation on the car...because i guess that 94 ls motors didnt come with a breather box or something and the ventilation is too small.... so this is my plan i just need to find some one to do it for meeeeee thanks guys ill see if it gets anyworse or better hopefully beter
