bolt in or pull in? there's really no point either way, you're supposed to get them changed every time you get your tires changed. a standard rubber stem usually outlasts the tires unless you're a cheap president that buys used tires all the time instead of new ones and don't change the stems.
bolt in metal ones work good on dualies though, and the metal/rubber pull in ones work good on light trucks.
