Default LS/vtec question

I am building an LS vtec using the ls block and the b16a head. I want to get the ARP head studs but im not sure which ones to get. I didnt think it mattered but i just want to double check

gsr head studs.....they run deeper apparantly.....i have them in my car and they work great.....

Alright, another question, what head gasket should i use? Not a brand, but from what motor LS or B16?
