ls vtec once again
someone told me to get the block resleeved which seems pointless to put steel sleeves in an aluminum block when honda motors are pretty strong to hold that power stock....anyone got any input on this....has anyone done ls vtec themselves and not had any problems not resleeving it?

What are your goals... If you are just doing and lsvtec then dont worry about sleeves just arp bolts... Sleeve it if you want to bore it, boost it, ect...

If you are going LS VTEC TURBO and are gonna run like 20 psi then i suggest u get it sleeved
Now if your going to run low psi like 6-12 then u might not need to if u dont dog the motor all the time
Just make sure u get a good tune =] and fuel
and it will knock away alot of problems that can happen

Re: ls vtec once again
If you are going to stay below 12psi you don't need to sleeve it. Some people run 15psi and get away with it. Depends on the condition of the motor.
