ls vtec

I was wondering what I would have to do to make an ls vtec, or how hard it would be. Also curious if anyone would wanna help for some cash

ok so I read 89shatch's link and am a little confused. I already have the head its a b16 and the block is a b18a1. what is the kit that he refered to and where can I get it. Also my friends have said that you have to drill holes in the block for oil passages, what is that about?
