Default ls tranny fluid

i want to change the fluid in my ls 5 speed tranny and i would like to know what people recommend to be the best to put in it. thanks alot for the help!

10w30 motor oil ive heard that royal purple is good but im using mtf from honda

mtf from honda, its like 10 bucks a qt, you need 2 i think

MTF.
Always what I run in factory trans w/ factory diffs.

I reccomend buying 3 quarts. Sometimes it takes more.

penzoil synchromesh works wonders pretty expensive buts its def worth it

yea honda manual tranmission fluid its worth its weight and gold you can only get it from honda
