LS swap?? Please help.
I have a 91 crx si. I am going to do a ls swap. The problem is i would like to do the B18b but am having trouble finding the cable to hydraulic conversion. I have also looked a little bit for the B18a but am having trouble finding that also. My question is do you guys think i should go with the "a" or the "b" and why. What are some specific reasons why. And the where i some places i can get the conversion kit or the b18a.

you need to go with the b18B. first off the intake ports on the head and manifold on the A are smaller. specifically, the 96-up head is the best. you can always go with the cable tranny. oh yeah and another thing, if you want to go all the way, the P75 ecu is much better than the PR4 imo. if you get a conversion harness

depends what you are going to do in the long run...if you plan on building the motor, well, the only thing really is...do you prefer hyrdo or cable...cable you'll "feel" more....you can get to the same place...its all about preference!

the trannys will line up and work on either blocks, the blocks are the same, only transmissions are different and which car they go in.....you can put a 92 b18a tranny on a 96b18b motor, it just has to go into a factory cable car like a 92-93 integra or a 90 crx etc..etc.........and you can do the opposite also, 92 motor with 95 tranny, just has to go into a hydraulic equipped car.....

and what the hell is the conversion kit, cable to hydraulic, youd have to switch out all your lines and shit, that would so not be worth it, just get a cable tranny, way easier to deal with, and they are alot cheaper to replace or fix when them bastards break........
