if all your doing is upping the rev limiter and not upgrading your pistons, rods, and valvetrain, fuck yea your gonna blow that shit up, ls rev to 6800 and hit revlimiter at 7k, and you want to go 1500 rpm higher, your a brave dude, and your shits gonna blow the hell up, i can see rod shooting through the oil pan and all your valvetrain exploding, dont do it dude, dont do it........

stock b16? so if i ferrea valves and springs i should be able to get another 1000 rpms out of it?? i mean right now it pulls very hard all the way through to the 7000 revlimit and i just wanna give it a lil more room to produce everyonce ina while. but seriously.....if im gonna be breaking internals.....thats not something i would want to work on every coulpla weeks.

Do not waste money in another ecu. Get a block guard and run a street turbo set up. Also think about limited slip and some slicks. That's the ticket to 12's in that car.
You don't need to rev past 7000rpm. Go see John Lee at in-line and have it done right!
