Angry ls in ef

I just put a obd1 Ls in my ef hatch and i cnt get no fire and its sending me code 15 signal output.Can you help me find out my problem. Thanks

Code 15 is Ignition output signal, usually your ignitor...here's a search on H-T 88-91 Civic section for Code 15

when you did the mpfi swap, did you make sure u had the right wires together for the distributor plug? and this may sound dumb, but have you converted to obd1?
