You don't have to, but your tires will wear like crazy on the inside edge. I would say get it for at least the front, as that's usually the worst.
You'll definately want to get a full alignment done afterwards though.

It depends on how much youre lowering and the size your rims/tires on just how quickly the inside will wear. If its dumped, like 2.25/.5 then dont expect your tires to last long.

Camber isnt the worst thing to worry about. What is about to change is the most critical. That is your TOE.
If you dont install a kit at least get your TOE readjusted as much as possible if they cant realign the TOE to spec. Then get a camber kit and the TOE will be able to ge realigned to spec.
If you live in teh New River Valley area I can align your car for cheap.
