Default Lowering Ford Ranger

A friend of mine just bought a 97 Ford Ranger. I don't know much when it comes to lowering any trucks. He wants to slam it pretty much to the ground, but he's on a limited budget. So can someone tell me whats the cheapest way to slam the ford ranger.

In the front you can go with springs and I beams. In the rear lust some shackles and blocks. It might be a harsh ride but it will be low and cheap. Whatever you do dont buy from AIM. Spend the extra dollar and get a quality product like belltech or djm suspension
