Low rev limiter
Rev limiter is like 6500/6600, vtec hits at 5, I'm running a JDM P13.
I throw 0 codes, and have no mechanical issues.
I've seen other people have this issue, but usually have some codes to go with it.
My car runs perfect, just the super low rev limiter.

For some reason that rev limit you're talking about is the magic number for some problem, I can't remember what it is. 5k VTEC is what it should be I think. Is this a chipped P13?

No this ecu is not chipped, and can not be chipped. Until I find a obd1 P72 for the right price, I'd rather just fix the rev limiter problem.
