Looking for a good tuner

I'm looking for a very skilled, reputable tuner who specializes in LS1/LS2 V8s. Anyone know someone? A dyno tuner, a street tuner, a homeless guy on a corner with a computer, hpTuners, and a pocket full o' dreams?

I know there is a guy from RPM on here that tunes but I don't remember his name.

For some reason Whistler sticks out.
