How old is your battery?

Check the connections to the battery terminals, clean them as needed. Check the ground as well.

i don't really know how old the battery is because i just got the car like a couple of weeks ago. but i did check the connections and it was on there pretty good, as for the ground, it was kind of loose. I'll redo all the wiring and see if that's it.

Take off the ground connection. Sand all around it to make a good connection to bare metal. Re-attach.

Yup, battery corrosion and rust around ground areas can cause cars to do that when bumped.
