lil smoke @ high rpms
i have a lil smoke @ high rpms is this something i should be concerned with?
im thinking its a fuel problem ? it suts a lil on the back of the car but not bad. the motor has 190k miles.. light bolt on mods, nothing on the fuel side or Ignition side. its a non-vtec f22. not really bad smoke not like a cloud but i can see it slightly in the rear view mirror..in side the valve cover is very clean the motor was taken care of very nicely no build up.. thanks

Re: lil smoke @ high rpms
kinda grayish i had my boy drive it by me while i was standing on the side of the road and it smells like old fuel. the car uses less than 1 quart of oil between oil changes rather it leaks it or burns it maybe across .. the motor does seem to be strong no power problems..

Re: lil smoke @ high rpms
Just check your oil level every so often. My gsr used to do it and my built ls vtec does now. But still running strong. I'm going and getting all the seals and related items done on my head because I think its my valve guides but it blows smoke during vtec and sometimes in the morning. But I'm just gonna play it safe because I have every intention of making my car a track slut and reliability is priority for me.
