nope. However i think you need a jdm pair out of a 96' (or 97?) ITR, because later model ITR seats don't have the 2 brackets on the bottom seat cushions that slide into the seat base.

I sold my ITR's for this very same reason, but they fit nicely none-the-less. They just won't be secured to the maximum.
