There is a chance you will be ok, normaly bends valves but have seen some people get lucky. If you need to get it fixed PM me.

If it was at idle, there shouldn't have been enough force from the pistons to bend anything. Valves are pretty strong, but it's easy to bend them if there is any load/rpm on the engine, pistons carry enormous forces.
You should be fine.

I put the timeing belt in lined it up and got the car running.. then went on a test drive . did great.... went to drive it to work and it shut down.. cranks but wont start.. checked to see if its geting fire .. it is tryied to see if its geting fuel to the injectors.. it is ... but it sounds like its not geting fuel.. is there a injector relay or a way to check the ohms in the injectors to see if its geting a signal?

Are you sure you lined everything up, check to see if the timing belt has anymore play then it did when u installed it, maybe it skipped a tooth. You got a weird problem here man.
