Question intercooler plumbing

Ok what would be the best way to do intercooler piping on a EK with a 1st gen side mount besides using hard pipes?

easiest way is....... grab a lot of couplings, a saw, and go to advanced for your piping. I have done some horrific intercooler jobs since I am not blissed with a welder but, there were no suffocating bends, and I was able to use hard piping. Yes it looked terrible but it performed and it was very cheap. gl

If you have a cold-air intake, use that for some of it. Then just use whatever you can get your hands on.

I've done/seen some ghetto intercooler routes before, but they all have worked.

You can plumb the whole thing with silicon (or rubber) couplers/bends and straight hardpipe. It's not too ghetto, especially if most of the hard tubing is a straight shot anyway.
