Ok so I picked this car up an probly like 2-3 weeks after having it it got hard to start so I was goin to replace the starter couple days later it dies on me on my way to work so I stop an it eventully starts again when it does its in limp mode won't rev past 3500gets me to work then it seemd like every other time I'd start it it would be in limp mode when it wasn't in limp mode it would just cut off after it cutting off on train tracks by my house twice I parked it changed the tps sensor 02sensor map sensor ecu it ran fine for bout a week then started doin same thing again an my gf went to drive it one night backed it out of the drive way it cut off wouldn't start so couple of my friends pushed me down a hill so it would roll start got it back to the house an won't start I have replaced the distributor now but its from a ls it had an ear cut off to fit I need my car back some one help please

Is it throwing a code? I have a distributor if OBD1 is what you need.

Was throwin 4 before I put the dizzy on today wich is crank postion sensor but now its not gettin spark an throwin a cod I duno like it will come on for a few seconds come back on like its a 2 digit code but not sure what code that is an the dizzy I put on it today came off of a runnin car

have you checked your battery / charging system? low voltage can make things go crazy

Yea tested my battery an charging system at work b4 it quit workin couple weeks ago

Had a similar problem in my prelude couple years ago, check the spark plugs. The problem threw me for a loop. I was being stupid and took the plugs out and sanded the gaps and blew out the dust. And car ran fine after that for a year til.i sold it.

An the wires aren't sparking I tested it so what would cause it to not get spark to the diistributor

check your fuses you might have a blown ecu fuse
