im lost on what clutch to get
hey i have a 1995 eg. i have a gsr in it and i blew the gsr trans so i put the ls s1 and hydro to cable kit on it. but when you pull the fork up it dosent let out the clutch. can anyone tell me if its because the wrong clutch and what i can do

Are you using the proper throwout bearing, and are you sure that the throwout fork is assembled properly onto the throwout bearing and fork pivot?

The input shaft on hydro and cable trannys are different, i think the input shaft is either smaller but I dont know about the spline count between them. The fact that you chose a cable tranny is beyond me, but whatever. You need to get a clutch for that trans, there are 2 diff. cable trans from 88-91 the spline count should be the same on the cable trans but the size of the input shaft is the difference. I think its separated by 88-89 and 90-91, the size diff. is only 1mm.
