idles funny and cuts off!!
my friend has a car with d15 in as his dd.Its a fresh motor with like 65k on it.But when u start it up sometimes it idles funny,and it will cut off sometimes when its cold but it starts right back up every time.He replaced the iac,did tune up and reg. shit but it still does it.Anybody got any info,it would be appriciated.

Why would the fuel relay be bad? It wouldn't run at all if it was.. Relays either work or they don't, whether that means they're intermittent or not.

A vacuum line will usually affect drive-ability, basically it would cause a problem over a much bigger range than idle.
Does the engine have a lightened flywheel? Sometimes that can cause idle problems, because the ECU is trying to regulate idle on an engine that responds faster than the ECU is calibrated for.
It could also be something really simple, like a coolant temp sensor, MAP sensor, TPS sensor. Without knowing more about how the engine is running over the rest of the load/RPM range, it's hard to actually draw any conclusions.
