Idle proplem
Whats up guys, i've got a del sol ls/vtec running on a p30. I'm throwing a check engine light for the IAC, so my car wont idle at all. Ive tried taking a IAC off of my friends ls hatch and that didnt change anything. Anyone got any hints?

Is it a stock or chipped P30? You probably have a wiring problem. If it's not chipped (to disable the knock sensor) you probably will throw a knock sensor code also.

make sure the IAC is plugged in (not being an ass). then check continuity of the IAC plug and make sure the wires arent grounded out. make sure you have continuity from the plug at the IAC valve and at the ECU.
