Idle issue, 2.0L VW

Default Idle issue, 2.0L VW
for some reason my car shut off when the AC was on today, i turned the car back on, and now when i'm at idle, the idle bounces about 100 RMP or so. when i turn the AC off, it idles just fine. has anyone ever had this issue? if so what in the hell could it be? possibly a bad fuse? idle control valve? idfk
