Google just told me that the injectors have a USCAR connector (I already know what that is) and that they come with the connectors you need. You will need to order the injectors to fit a Honda because they need a Honda-specific fuel adapter.

It will only be plug and play if the particular retailer sells them with an adapter pigtail, otherwise you'll have to install the connectors onto your injector harness. You should probably get a shop to install the connectors because they will likely have something close to a proper set of crimpers. I've seen perfectly good engine builds that were plagued with reliability problems because people don't use the right tools to install crimp pins onto wires.
