IAC Valve can i use GSR For my Type R??
My Iac Valve took a dump on me. well im hoping thats the problem, which i believe its to be. Anyways does anyone know if a gsr can be used on a type R?

Does a 98 civic ex m/t iacv work? or any 96 and older would work

Yes they will all work. The ones to stay away from are the older OBD0 and early OBD1 types. The way to tell the two apart is that with the older type, the bolt holes are much further apart.

Found this Pix. hopefully this will end to all the questions concerning the iac valve. Basically i take it i have to find a iac valve thats identical to the one thats on the bottom of the pic.
