Default I need help quick ecu and dizzy questions

What do I need to do to run a OBD2 p72 b18c1 with type r internals and intake manifold. On a OBD2 b16a2 p2t ecu and harness. Will the b16a2 dizzy with matching plugs be compatible with b18c1. Every thing plugs up good but it won't start.
