yeh, its a manual.. i was readin a thread earlier about some guy who was having an idling problem in his CRX.. but his was idling too high. my car overheated about 5 months ago, but it was because of a crack in my radiator and we replaced that.. but im thinkin.. maybe when it overheated, it could have done some damage that would effect this idling. The only problem is.. is that i jus recently noticed the low idling within the past month.. the car overheated a long time back.. (?)but maybe that could have done some of the damage (?)

Does it go away once the car warms up?

what have you done to the car recently? as in change the plugs any reg. matinence basically. the hf has such a little amount of hp(62 from the factory) it idles down if you just cut the a/c on. you need to tell me a little bit more about whats going on with the car if you still need some help.

it doesnt really ever go away. The car doesnt hardly ever cut off because of it, but nothing i do seems to affect the idling. (i havent used the A.C. in a long time, and the heat doesnt seem to make a difference, whether its on er off.. ) I havent really done any maintenance work to it lately, and i supose that could be the problem. i had a new clutch installed not too long ago, but i jus recently started having the idling problem.

The HFs were carbureted correct!?! IF you're having problems with idle, it could simply be an idle speed mixture problem. Corbureted or injected?
