does all 88 to 91 hatch back have a/c bec my 90 dx dont look like it have 1 just like my 91 si does have a a/c and other thing will my 91 si engine work with my 90 si wire hardness they look totally different with the a/c cores between the 90 and the 91

everyone says 88 and 89 are one style, and 90 and 91 are another... so presumably 90 and 91 si interchange, as do 88 and 89, but some 88 and 89 wont interchange with 90 and 91... my si doesnt have a/c, i guess thats why it has a power sunroof...... either that or the guy before me who did the engine swap originally took it out... i can live without the a/c, i want some power steering though.

well if i take my a/c pump off from my si engine will it work ?

according to what i read it should... you might have to cut holes or sumthin if the car didnt come with it stock, and find the right size belt to run it... other than that it should basically work if you install the entire system... pump, lines, condensor, fan.... i just looked up 90 civic air conditioning... said the complete kit fits 'all model civics 90-91'
