HVAC fan doesn't work on high
Vehicle is a 1994 Oldsmobile Bravada. The HVAC fan doesn't work on high, but it works fine on any other speed. Setting it to high just shuts it off. It's not the blower motor resistor. Any other ideas?

Re: HVAC fan doesn't work on high
Look for an inline fuse that is used only for the high speed setting, which pulls more amps than the lower speeds (which go through a separate set of resistors and fuses).

Disregard Oldsmobile.

How did you rule out the resistor? Only thing left really is the control switch itself.

Might be a bum wire or switch position. Can you access the switch by itself to test between the input and output?
