How can this color/luminosity be accomplished?
I want a matte black paint job, but I don't want it too shiny or too chalky, and everything online says that if you use flat clear then you end up with that cheapo job, but I'm guessing that ferrari and porsche owners aren't doing the cheap method, so how is this look accomplished?

Hmmm don't really know if I want a wrap job on a 8 year old car, and seeing like you can't get that look with paint, I guess I'll just find a nice gloss color.
