I have a 92 Integra. Stock ls motor with 55k on it. .63 a/r .54 trim jdm sport turbo. 450cc dsms. walbro 255. inlinepro bov. emusa 38mm wastegate. a few pinholes in exhaust manifold (pinholes were covered with epoxy until it burnt off and had no real affect on anything. 2.25" downpipe. 2" ic lines.

My car is basemapped but still untuned because when i went to get it tuned it wouldnt build boost.

It will build to 2-3 psi near WOT except for in 1st it doesnt want to seem to build at all. I just had compression checked and all cylinders were 140-150. and they said my timing was perfect. Ive checked for leaks in ic lines several times and cant find ANY. Ive also used a air compressor and checked wastegate actuator and it opens at 10psi as it should.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME both the wastegate and bov were bought used.

I FORGOT TO PUT THAT MY BOOST GAUGE READS IM IDLING AROUND 15 INHG. As opposed to 21 inHG where i am told it should be.

do you have a resistor box wired in for your injectors?

Fix the exhaust manifold, that's where your problem is. How would you possibly think that holes in the exhaust manifold wouldn't be a problem

if theres holes in your exhauast manifold, its not that you arent building boost. its that your leaking it. fix that. i bet itll build just fine.

its either those holes, or wastegate diaphragm leaking by.

its also common practice to tap your boost gauge into the intake manifold, not the fpr.
