Default honda Type-S pistions vs. JDM h22a pistons

i have a jdm h22a with 10.6 CR stock

i think the types pistions offer 11.1 CR, would it be worth the price and installation for just the .5 in the compression ratio? and am i even right with the 11.1 or is it 11.0?

isnt the type s rated at 220hp? is it worth going down to the block for 20hp when you could put in a lower compression ratio piston and put in a 100shot and get more out of it?

type s cams on the h22 will drop right in, any other aftermarket cams usually require sleeving.
