Default honda accord f22 oil pump replacement

I'm replacing the oil pump in a 93 accord and cant get the sprocket off the motor. Its located right behind the water pump. there is a bolt holding it on but i cant get the pulley to stop spinning.

Its #4 on this diagram

got it. for those that didn't know there is a service hole on the back of the block towards the pulley. once you remove the bolt covering this hole you need to stick something in there (i used a screwdriver) to stop the sprocket from spinning.
