Holset HE351 VGT on a 2.3 turbo
I picked up this turbo off a dodge truck for almost nothing. Im sure it will spool but i dont know if i can get the vgt system to work with my stang.
Could i go with an external wastegate and just call it a day or will i have to get this to work?

Im assuming that stang and 2.3 turbo would mean the sohc ford 2.3
Im putting one in a 72 pinto. If you are local we should meet up sometime... im near the oceanfront. Im also putting a HE351 on mine but not the VGT variant.

btw: is that a stinger manifold and if it is where did you source it from, isnt there a 6 month wait?

... man i miss my SVO. i'll get another one one of these days or maybe a XR4TI
