Default hks bov issue

Well I just got my car bacK.I drove it home and it was working fine.till 3 days later for some reaason the bov wouldnt open at all....checked the vacuum source and teed it off to my brake booster and still not opening.Im guessing the bov is done? could be the spring inside corroded and stifened up,cause its a little tight and I have to push with a little more effort just to see how hard it is to push...any suggestions.BTW is a hks ssq bov
