HID only work on hi's and the highs beams are on the low's
I recently put 5k HID conversion kit in my 96 civic. Put the lights are flipped....the HID work only in the high beam setting and the regular Hi beams work on the normal setting. HELP PLEASE!!

flip the connections or u got the cheap set that have only highbeem and a really shitty kinda like a running light low beem

on your hid kit the plug which has three little prongs like an outlet,the prongs might be in the wrong slot
