HID not working, any suggestions
I bought a set of 55 w 8000k h4 HID conversion kit from ddm tuning. Upon the install I am sure I did everything properly matched the correct male and female pieces , plugged in the correct power sources etc. Upon firing them up , it didn't work. I tried matching the different ballast and bulbs from the kit and nothing worked. Can anyone give me any advice ?
Also I have a 99 civic I'm pretty sure its an h4 bulb...The oem connector had 3 prongs and the one inthe kit had 2 prongs ...could this be a possible problem...Please give me some solutions as you can imagine I'm not the happiest person at the moment.

Do you have the Hi/Low kit? If so, I had the same problem and I found that the relay that was provided in the kit to be bad. Check that first.

its not a high/low set up sot it doesn't require a relay, and I put the oem bulbs back in and they work perfectly. i'm going to try and install them again sat. with a test light just to recheck i'm getting power to the connector. But yeah I put the connector in every position possible and it still wouldn't work

install the hid back on, try on high beams, if they come on then you have to switch the wires on the plug to the low position, on the hid plug
