Default HF to Si ecu conversion help

Ok heres wat i have. I have an Si engine thats wired for all HF emissions bullshit. My car shoots a code 12 (EGR) but the si engine doesnt have an egr. After the car warms up, on acceleration there is a hesitation between 1500 and 3000 RPMS. After 3000 the car picks up and runs like it normally should. I need to kno how to repin the wires with an Si ecu to make it get rid of the egr problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx
