Default HELP WITH TRANS

i need advice i am replacing my clutch well i got all the bolts out the trans and my only probem is i cant get it to seperate from the block do i need 2 pry bars going or something or should it slide back with a lil more force

Make sure all the bolts are out and then pry on the housing with a large screwdriver or something. Also might want to make sure you are pulling it straigth out and level as is might be binding on the trans input shaft.

its a lil hard to pry on both sides as its only me doing it

take a floor jack, jack it up so it catches on the bottom of the trans case.... PULLL.... otherwise screw drivers and a pry bar work....

i assuming you got the flywheel bolts out if not take them out . ? what make and model vech so we can better understand your situation.? shift linkages off yet to ? rear t bracket

he hasnt gotten to the flywheel yet..hes trying to separate the block from the tranny

you unbolted the rear t bracket right? and the clutch cover that bolts to the trans and bottom of block

Make sure u unbolted the starter one bolt goes through the case into engine block.
